    Sounds like your clutched pulley on your alternator has seized up, is your tensioner bouncing around a lot at idle? There cheap and easy to change but it does require a special tool to do the job.

    Thanks I have to say I'm very impressed with the AP coilovers they ride so well and as my first ever set as I always just use springs simply because I thought all coilovers were bone shakingly hard but these ride the same if not a bit smoother than the stock S line springs I removed
