Recently the CEL (check engine light) came on and wouldn't go away. I scanned it with Carista and got the following error:
P2015 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit Range/Performance Bank 1
A quick google search brought up stories of intake manifold problems or swirl flap...
Just wondering has anyone replaced their radiator fan?
Mine has started to make a rattling noise when spinning down once I turn the engine off. Not sure if it's supposed to but I can make it wobble about if I push it when off. When it's on at full speed it's fine.
Ordered some Autoglym polar blast from amazon the other day on a lightning deal.
Wrong stuff is delivered - polar wash.
Complained to amazon, got a refund and get to keep the polar wash :smirk:
So ordered my first snow foam lance today, a autoglym polar blast gun. Just need to get some snow foam, it's either bilt hamber touchless or autoglym polar blast.
Does anyone know what the part numbers are for the driver side under body guard/tray for an 2009 avant.
The guard that's beneath the driver's seat is missing and the long one behind is damaged.
If anyone can help that would be great
Want to get into detailing and I've got a karcher k2 and thinking of buying the autoglym polar blaster (foam gun). Before I full the trigger, just want to know has anyone got any used it before? Is it any good? how good would it be with bilt hamber auto foam?
cheers.
According to last years mot, my suspension shocks on both front have a small leak. Haven't decided to get the work done yet, but apparently it should pass this years mot fine.
So when I eventually get the work done may as well do the shocks and control arms done at the same time...
Out of interest did you just get the bushes changed or the arms changed over? What was the cost?
Need to get my done soon and some garages said its easier to change the whole arms over rather than just do bushes
Yes you can charge the battery whilst still connected to the car
There are two school of thoughts on changing battery
1) it needs to be coded after changing OR
2) just change the battery and the car will learn that its a new battery after a few days of being driven - that's what I did and had...
