The technician didn't seem concerned about it causing any more damage etc and Audi themselves are aware of it.

If you stream via Bluetooth and your iphone isn't already set to shuffle then you need to enable it on the iPhone. You can't do it via the mmi. I've just got the standard mmi no tech pack.

Have you tried opening any of the files in notepad or something similar? There's a chance they could be some kind of XML or delimited format.

Something I've noticed a lot of recently is people driving around with their headlights out of alignment. Seems like they have full beam on! Or people with a headlight bulb out who think its ok to just use full beam all the time
