Mine are red in colour, though I'm not sure the colour can be relied upon. Part no is 29059-1 :) I hope this helps.
In fact, looking at the Ross-Tech applications list it would seem as though many controllers are missing from the list :S
i know for sure that I have navigation, telephone, parking aid, headlight range, voice control to name a few, and non of these appear in the "installed" list, as can be seen...
Hi all,
Having recently lowered my car (A5 black edition with Xenons), I'm just getting round to plug in VAGCOM and sort out my headlight leveling (with reference to the Ross-Tech pages about "learning" the new home location, and here --> Headlights adjustment via Vag-com (confirmed!)).
Now...
I would've done it myself and saved myself £190ish but I've not a great deal of spare time at the moment.
I had all work done through TTShop, Kempston, Bedfordshire.
I went with the H&R Sport Springs in the end, and here is how they look...

Hi all,
I've been digging around these forums for a while looking to lower and widen the track of my A5 Black Edition with 19" Rotors and the factory sport suspension, and after a lot of deliberation I finally chose to roll with:
H&R Sport Springs (1.3" and 1.25" lowering, front and rear...
Cool!
I'm actually booked in to have the springs fitted tomorrow, and have since ordered the H&R Sport springs instead! the drop is 1.3" on the front and 1.25" on the rear with reference to the SE spec suspension. Confused :s
May I trouble you to post a pic of what the side profile of the car...

I'm looking to have pretty much the same done to my 2013 A5 BE, which has the standard sport suspension at present.
Am I right I'm saying that if I went for the Eibach Pro Kit springs, the only real noticeable lowering I'll observe is 5-10mm?
I believe the lowering figures Eibach...
Hi everyone,
Having yanked the RNS-e and Bluetooth module that I'd retrofitted to my first A3 (2006), I've now come to fit it into my newer A3 Black Edition (2010). I've made all mods required to my "plug and play" wiring harness i.e. moving the BOSE connection, and moving the AUX pins to its...
Retrofit complete!
I ended up fitting the Bluetooth module below the steering wheel on the centre console side, and the GPS antenna in the left 'A' pillar when I was routing the mic cable.
All coded and works sweet. Cheers to those who inputted!
Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the advice :)
I have tried this a last week but am yet to get a response! After looking at the "last active" date for those contacted, it seems they haven't been on here for a while.
I thought I'd try posting on here to see if anyone who is active and willing to help me...
Hi all,
As the subject of this thread says, I would like to make a VCDS help request for coding my new RNS-e and OEM Bluetooth into my 2006 Audi A3.
I'd be happy to travel to a reasonable distance and of course remunerate for your help!
If I could get this sorted over the next week it would...
