depends how deep its etched in to the paint , marks on mine when I bought it and although Ive cut it polished it and had it proffesionally power polished they are still there , if its that deep Im afraid respray is the only way !

if you had read my post properly you will see I never mention wanting blinding lights and I also stated I wanted to stay legal I just need something better than the **** poor lamps I have , I think you have posted this on the wrong post so perhaps you should get your lights looked at ! also...
