I went in a chipped RS4 with an upgraded turbo it was pushing out about 540bhp - 0-60 came in just under 4 seconds. I was totally gobsmacked at the speed of the beast. I didn't get to find out how much he had spent but i'd say it was worth every penny.

Hi Holywood I was worried about the same noise from my car and had it checked out by several people. The outcome was that the TDI quattro is fitted with a variable turbo for performance and that is where the noise is coming from.

What is the top speed for a 110bhp tdi quattro ? In the brochure it says 122mph but mine went to 135mph (on a private road) and prob could have gone to 140mph.

I pointed out the same kind of noise on my car to a friend who is a mechanic and he reckons it's just the turbo spooling up..................(I hope he's right !)
