Audi sell a grease (which is no better than a normal grease u can purchase from any hardware store from what iv been told). The glides where the glass roof slides open needs to be greased. I can't be any more specific than that I'm afraid but I would certainly get it done to prevent any damage...

Does anyone have an update of this. Just bought a 2009 S3 and the seats don't heat up. On 6 you feel the slightest heat but this is the equivalent of what I would feel on number 1-2 of my R32. It's driving me insane!
