The clay bay pull all sorts of things out of your paint. It get rail dust from shipping by train, brake dust, bugs, tar, and all sorts of other contaminents that you can feel but not really see. Amazing stuff. As soon as I can figure out how to add pictures I'll post the results. J

Had a similar problem in another car once. Turned out my floor mat was catching the corner of the gas pedal at times. Sounds silly but check the fitment of your floor mat around the gas pedal.
