Nice job, Bootneck, they look good. What did you do then? Remove wheels, scrub up caliper, mask and paint? What worked best to clean & prep the calipers - wire brush? Presumably you brushed the Smoothrite on? Or can you buy a spray version then? Thanks for your help.

OK. I want to change the indictaors to silvered ones in my SB fitted with HID units.....how the heck do you get the bulbs out? Looks nigh on impossible from my first look! Is it a bumper off, headlights out job, like we used to do with the Golf Mk4???? Cheers

Ho Ho.....not quite what it seems....did 76K in first three years March 1999 -March 2002 and then 68K since..... Currently doing about 18K per annum at the mo. Yep not a lot I guess compared to you but then again I don't need to do the miles so much anymore. Just enjoy the driving now.
