    I would also pull the lift pump in the fuel tank and make sure it is clean - there is a fine mesh that can block up. It is not a hard job to do. Cheers Paul

    Could be the pulley on the alternator - the origibals usually seize up. You can buy replacements at DI parts for about $60 - MUCH cheaper than Audi!! Let us know what it turns out to be. Cheers Paul
