ahh... Well, the wife phoned me there and said that the battery was drained due to this frickin leak ive been having trouble with. The water shorted a current, which turned on my hazard lights, which then drained my battery over the course of the night! What a swine. I hate my car.

Hi guys.. Wife just phoned me to say the car wouldnt start this morning and there was a *FUSE* sign lighting up above the speedo. Can anyone shed some light on this before we pay a spark to come out and fix it? Im having no luck with this car at all. Cheers Ed

Jaysus, would you believe Audi dont make that wee grommet anymore? a weeks waiting time presumably for them to locate one for me! I think itll have to be some duct tape in the meantime

aye we had this and actually had the car into the garage to have it changed as it seemed overly loud, but sure enough the noise remained....

well.... the car is booked in for the 21st to have this wee valve replaced (you know...the tick tick tick tick coming from the front right? ok whats the technical term? go on...) so, i hope this is the last i need to worry about it, and hopefully the next thing is my 60k service! (shudder)

sounds like the immobiliser yup... although i wasnt aware of this being a problem indicator light. ours lights up until ignition, then goes off after a few seconds, as with one ror two other yellow lights.

hiya all just a quick FYI for anyone who has experienced this... we noticed a ticking coming from the front right side of our car when idling - sounds like a pocket watch on steroids...tick tick tick tick! well as it turns out its an easy fix and its something to do with a gas release valve...

yeah that sounds like is happening with mine, but the wife is reporting that it came on ONCE during a drive, and it went off again about 30 minutes later. few strange things happening really, the DIS says OK and all that so im thinking its sensors
