Thanks for this, should I remove and plug the vac pipe to the top of the egr and the manifold flap below? Or just one of these?

Hi, as soon as it stops raining I'm going to install two egr blank plates I recently purchased. Egr not responding well in this weather! Think its the operating solenoid. . Can someone deffinitively tell me if I need to disconnect any vac pipes from the egr if I fit the plates or am I just good...

Not sure but I've only noticed this on the last two fill ups. Can't be much fuel as it hasn't had any noticeable affect on mpg. Just don't fancy my hard earned diesel splatting down the back of my car. Do you notice it on the rear wing?

any ideas where that short could be? Whole thing lacks power, I'm having to rev it like mad to get going then suddenly find your self flying off down the road. Not the safest way to drive!

It was about £250 from memory. To be honest I hadnt had the car long and didnt know about the other options, garage didnt mention it either. Is it a common problem with the EGR valves on the b6? Drove it again tonight without fault, obviously an intermittant issue.

Hello, the LH tail light has recently come up not working. Checked bulb is okay but noticed a clicking in the boot possibly a faulty relay? Has anyone else come accross this/know how to fix? Thanks
