Ok, so after further internet trawling. I've come to the conclusion that i do indeed have the brembo jr kit, and my measuring probably sucks. Its most likely I have USR1338 Ultimax 323x38mm disc's fitted, and therefore any LCR 323mm disc (or pad) should fit. I just wish I found this info...

I had the same thing a year ago. Not sure about the price, it's not to bad iirc. Pretty easy if you take off the lower dash for access (4 or 5 torx bolts). This Link has a bit more detail.

I agree, the blue controller was ludicrously priced for the gains it would have provided. I've always found the Haldex awd system quiet off putting, compared to a fixed awd car. Hopefully the New TouchMotion will make the torque transfer feel more consistent or linear or just feel better :D...
