It is possible to change it without removing the headlight. I have managed to get my hands in between and change it without the need to remove anything.

Could possibly need re gassing. Do you know if it has had one done in past.

I have the Bosch ones on my car. The muli clip ones have some sort of cap thing which comes off to leave u with the fitting you see in your pictures. Then they just clip in as normal. I got Bosch ones of eBay for bout 18 odd for front set. Think audi will charge 30 plus for front set.

Thats right. My OCD kicked in as i hadnt had a chance to wash/clean it since i got it. And from what i could see the dealer didnt do a good job either. A few hours later and that was the end result after a wash, polish, glaze and then topped with wax.
