Completely drained and changed my coolant at the weekend. Running fine, no overheating and bottle full...however the coolant warning light keeps coming on when i first start up. Any suggestions??? Would an air lock cause this without it overheating??? Cheers

Anyone done a thermostat change on a AXW 2.0 FSI engine? How much of a job is it to replace? Anything I should be aware of before starting this?

Bit of background info. My high pressure fuel line (the metal one to the pump on the engine block) split last month. God only knows how! Anyway, had to remove the inlet manifold etc to replace it. A week later, my car started to get random misfires on start up. But it only last for 30 seconds...

Anyone have a guide or walk through for this?? Can get it loose, but can't get the room to remove it. Does the EGR pipe need to be removed as well?

Right....this has got me confused as hell!! Been having issues with my gauge and random misfires....so replacing both the sensors seemed a logical start. However....I thought there were 2 separate sensors for the coolant. 1-Coolant Sensor - Sends a signal to the ECU (has 4 wires) 2-Coolant...
