Oh god i wrapped it a fair few times, i use it for air line fittings all the time at work. Threads in no problems as said above it squashes right down so as long as you dont go mad its fine. Probably 5-6 times.

Hi mate, i replaced both injector o rings and the plastic inserts a couple of months ago after doing a boost leak test and every injector was leaking :/ I used plumbers ptfe tape and it worked a treat :) there very brittle and mine didnt seem to have any kind of sealent when removing.

Forgot to post when fitted, been a while lol. Now also on wietec coilovers dropped a fair way down :)

Anyone else not see the issue when venting to tip, i have been reading up on it and cant seem to find a definitive answer. Off boost the standard setup vents through the pcv valve and to the inlet mani, on boost through the hockey puck. But on the simplified setup it has no way of venting off...

Right this is what has happened so far. To begin with the misfire started when pulling onto the motorway, it was constant and when I pulled over I unplugged coil pack 1 and re-fitted and it stopped. Got 2 miles down the road and it started again, cycled ignition and it stopped. The next few days...

Well......my boost leak tester worked a treat!! I thought i didnt have any but i found a split pipe and all my injector seals are leaking. Waiting for o rings arriving tomorrow and bought new seats that sit in the inlet manifold. At 1.1 bar now and thats just from the split pipe.

Peaked at about 1.3, but my car has never spiked thats what i find weird. Now it shoots to 0.8 and creeps up to 1bar . Can the boost settings be altered on the revo map for an agu?? Whats the max boost i can run on the map as i might plumb in a mbc. Is the map just over conservative?? Cuz my maf...
