hi i have looked on the vagcom list but theres noone in the wrexham/chester area ? i need my new (scrap yard) central locking vacuum pump recoded to my car can anybody help, dont mind travelling a bit further to get it sorted cheers

Will the vcds lite version be able to recode my new central locking vacuum pump to my car and keys or is that feature only available to full versions ?

Do u turn the ignition on till all the lights come on the dash which I think is 2 turns or just one with no lights ?

i tried the ehow one but it says press the door lock button with the ignition on but the door lock button only works with the engine started, the pump just makes a noise with just the ignition on could it be shagged ?

My 2 keys have decided to stop working, replaced the batteries Still don't work ? The doors will lock with the button on the drivers door does that mean the pump is ok or still faulty ? Do the keys need to be recoded if so can it be done at home in the ignition with different button presses or...
