Sorry guys, not been on here. I'm still driving the car currently as the engine in my other car is out getting forged. To answer people's questions I'm not sure of a price hence this thread really, I know the colour is rare on the qts so may have an influence when the time comes.

Sure I read you need prefacelift brackets for it to fit.

Cheers guys, I need to figure out if it's worth fixing or just cutting my losses, I'd like an estate car so may get a cheap Passat or similar instead.

I think my oil pump on the qts needs to be changed as I've had the dreaded 3 beeps again, the strainer was removed and cleaned about 4 years ago but I stupidly didn't get the pump changed at the same time... Does anyone know of a how to guide with pics that weren't hosted on Photobucket for...

Mine did this when the hose to the dv perished, worth checking as only takes a few mins and mine was so brittle you could snap it.

Mine does similar especially when it's hot out. I've had fuel pressure checked, fuel filter changed, plugs changed, temp sensor swapped and it still does it. It's never failed to start but it's odd.

I'd say that's a fair guess. I'm running a 13.1 in my 400ish bhp Silvia. My 60ft is dire though.

What power are you running? 12's and 60ft seem quick

Cheers guys. I don't have the correct keys to remove the head unit yet so haven't tried it yet, I'm tempted to sort the niggles and swap cars for something more modern if I'm honest not so probably won't bother sorting the roof rack now.

Interesting. Was running earlier at idle for about 15 mins and drove about 15 miles including 10 motorway, will see how it goes, I'm under no illusions that it's fixed yet but I do have my fingers crossed all the same.
