I'm looking into adjustable dampening coilovers now. The reason I sold my passat is because I got fed up with the harsh ride commuting to work everyday.

What is the ride like on those?

What make are those springs slepy and what are the rears lowered by?

A 30mm drop will be spot on for me. I can't go too low because of all the speed bumps in my area.

Nice one I think I will go for the springs then. I'm running 18" rs4 wheels so should look nice. Looking on eBay they all seem to be 30mm drops and the sportlines are 30mm rear and 40/50mm front.

Just picked up some full leather for my a4 saloon. The rear seats are 60/40 split but the ones in my car are one piece. Has anyone modified these to go in?

Just read the post properly is the full leather the sport leather or the se style leather. I'm after the sportier interior. Also what's the condition of both and are you willing to courier it all down?

I have heard some horror stories about manual bleeding on some of the newer cars. It apparently strips the rubber seals within the master cylinder. I bought 5 litre tub of brake fluid in the end from gsf for £24. I reckon i used nearly half bleeding mine.
