I have a 2.5 TDI B6 cab, and after seeing the valeo HID kit decided to order one for my car. However when I took the headlight out the cab headlights don't have the cutout for the ballast! That'll teach me to check first next time... Anyway, I have read that the B6 S4 uses the same headlight...

Not sure on the size but I think Audi can supply them - they come complete with a black plastic head with a slot for a flathead screwdriver so no need for a black plastic caps to cover the head up. Edit: just read it's for a plate holder so ignore that!

Did you try the normal jet lance again after using the snowfoam lance, and did it work? Because mine does something similar and it's usually because there is air in the pump. It can be a pain to bleed sometimes.
