considering the price of a tank of fuel, i dont mind splashing cash on oil +filter changes.
(my last car was 6,000 oil svc +i did them at less... she made it to 255k without eng issues)

30 secs idle, on next start

youd be amazed at how many turbos get returned with nothing wrong with them.
the "siren", is the turbo gaskets, with air escaping, not a knackered turbo

i use this to clean my injectors.
it supposidly makes the inside of the engine look brand new.
im hoping the turbo gas path gets cleaned as well.
id be interested to see it this would work of your car.
the cold air inlet to the turbo has a seal.
if this seal isnt perfect, it makes the siren noise.
but like loads of people have said , it doesnt affect performance
at over 2000 revs, theres a band which gives an old style star trek "warp speed " sound.
its at the same revs, regardless of the gear or speed, so im leaning towards it being exhaust resonance
the coolant sensor prongs
are notorious for getting coated with something that stops them working properly.
people have cleaned the sensors +had no more problems.
looks like some bizzare material has built up on your gaiter +when the gaiter moves, it been rubbing against the arch :(
can you remove the build up with a knife/pliers? trying not to damage the gaiter...
