No unfortunately I might just bite the bullet and buy one I've read quite a lot of posts that say at 3000 rpm the air flow meter should read 10gs mine reads around 14gs which leads me to think the air flow meter is reading incorrect

Boost test done no leaks getting frustrated now

I will do a boost test tonight if find nothing I will take the car back this weekend they will probably put it on the dyno

Told the tuner what mods have been done so I would have thought the appropriate map/chip was installed

I haven't check it it since fitting the turbo but I no it had a leak because it was over boosting To 30+ psi then the fuel cut off kicked in (It went like stink then) It didn't boost flutter when it was over boosting

Yeh I don't think it's doing 230hp the boost seems weak that's why I thought it could be the air flow meter,Ive changed the DV no change could it be the n75 or a fuelling problem I will do another boost leak test this weekend.

yes it has been mapped below 3000 rpm it bounces between 10 and 20 psi generaly it sits around 10 and 14 psi more 10 tho

I agree with kwistof start with the the maf, have you checked for codes?

The whole fuel system has just been overhauled and fuel pressure is good.

i have had another look and there is definitely 2mm or more in and out, when i looked close with a torch there looked to be small marks on the end of the turbines.

I took the charge pipe off the inlet manifold i would have said it was excessively wet. there was a lot of oil in the inlet pipe as well were the recirculating vale releases pressure.

Had a look at the turbo and there is a good 2mm of side to side movement and alot up and down. time for a new turbo i think any suggestions it is on the standard ko3-026 turbo.

coolant look fine when when cam belt was done don`t no about head gasket but there are no head gasket symptoms, oil consumption i am testing at the moment going to check the shaft for play today looks like fun.
