Cheers for the info, I found the problem today, there was a split in the pcv pipe, replaced it and has worked a treat more power back now and noticed the idle is a tad smoother to :rockwoot:

I have noticed that the car is sluggish in the day when its hot/warm ie today 25c, but when it gets to about 9 10 at night when its 12 13c it has alot more power and there's more torque when you put your foot down? also seems to useing abit more fuel getting about 10mpg less, i was thinking it...
