    I checked the weights a while back and I think the A3 is about 150kg lighter than a Cupra R so that should off-set the power difference quite a bit. A 210 (ish) bhp A3 should have the legs on a standard Cupra R I would have thought and they're no slouch! If I wasn't doing 300 odd miles a week...

    Isn't the difference between stage 1 and 2 that stage 1 is a generic map and stage 2 is tailored to your car and mods? I would have thought it would be better to do the supporting mods then have a map suited to your car to get the best out of the mods for little more outlay? Feel free to...

    Excellent, thanks for the replies. If it's just a mapping difference i'm not too concerned as a re-map would be on the shopping list. I'm surprised they didn't do a 180bhp version like Seat did with the Leon Cupra alongside the Cupra R. So best bet is to make sure I get one with the K03S...
