hi all had a smell of oil in the car last night .had a look under the bonnet this morning and found the rocker breather hose is split. is there any way to fit an oil catch can and to replace broken hoses?? btw my a3 is 20v non turbo if that makes a difference..just want to fit catch can and...

hi there . i had the same problem on my a3 . first thing i did was to check the fuses for reverse lights, if the fuses are fine i would then have to say replace the reverse switch on the gearbox. hope this helpsyou bud..

thanks for the reply kevxx i now have replaced disks and pads with new calipers and handbrake cables .. 1000% better now thanks anyway bud..

hi all just replaced my n/s handbrake cable last week for its mot and was planning on doing o/s aswell,but driving around last night and a really strong burning smell inside the car,so go out and found my o/s rear wheel poring smoke off it.so 10:30 last night had to remove handbrake cable in...

well the car is back from its retest mot and its past :) only needed its o/s handbrake cable replaced and the headlights adjusted. was a little tricky as theye are aftermarket units.pics to follow. so i spent all day yesterday fettling and replacing a few little bits .since owning the car i had...
