Just a quickie,does any one know can a genuine audi keyfob be re coded ? I've only got one remote for my car and have the chance of a another genuine audi fob sealed in the bag,but apparantly it's already been coded to a car. I'm lead to believe that oncea canbus transponder has been coded it...

A bit similar here ,I've got a 2.0 tdi s line avant .and extra were under seat storage,door sunblinds,and luggage nets ! .So I'm getting cruise.multi function steering wheel and full dis retro fitted,have mosted of the parts already.

go to an audi dealer (spares dept)with chassis no and get them to price it and ask for the print off you'll have the correct part no. on the print off and you can then try to source it elsewhere cheaper.

I 've been told the gen11 concert is single disc mp3 compatible and the gen11+ is 6 disc mp3 compatible can any confirm or deny. ?

I'd definately be lookin to what they've done for £25.Audi's standard charge for coding a key appears to be around £41 + vat.What I have known to be done is if theres only one key and they want a spare and don't wanna pay audi £191 + is take the transponder from the original key and glue it...
