Thermostat done. Temp gauge now sits at 90 :) Right i think my maf and throttle body need cleaning. When idleing i can see the throttle body moving on its own. Uneven idle abd a little and poor throttle response occasionally. Finally the raear creaks over speedbumps and uneven surfaces...

would go with a fuelling/air problem. Mine used to fluctuate, turned out that the air hose between the housing and throttle body was ruined, letting too much air in. Replaced that, also cleaned the throttle body and has been spot on since. Hope yours isnt anything more serious like the MAF.
