Had similar issue, after replacing both rear calipers and bleeding with 2-person method the pedal was softer than it was before. What I did was to bled the brakes again, 250ml of brake fluid per caliper. There was no air coming from the caliper only the fluid, dunno how but it helped somehow...

After swapping front to 345 no issues at all, after I swapped rear to 310 had some issues which were solved with coding ABS for bigger brakes. No need to replace master cylinder.

Did you resolve this issue? Facing similar problems (although my is 09) and with BNS batter drain is between 0.2-1.0A (stabilizes at random level between these two values) but when I put back Concert3 which was factory fitted the drain is at 0.05A or lower. Read that in ealier models similar...

I think that adjusting the torsion value will not help much. I would replace the 3rd injector, before replacing it with other injector you may try to change injector 3 with any other injector, for example injector 1. Then you will know if injector is faulty or something is wrong with your engine.

Sorry for bumping so old thread but I'm experiencing same issue what makes me really mad while I'm driving my car. Tos, could you be a little bit more specific? My jointed coupling looks exacly same as yours, lot of "fractures" - if I have them do I need to replace the jointed coupling?
