I work in the trade and yes you can refuse a certain company but some insurance companies will double your excess as they are contracted and get them significantly cheaper. National windscreens are a franchise so they aren't all bad.
Will need to be taken out and refitted. I wouldnt drive it until it's sorted as that's not sealed at all. If you were to brake heavily at a crossing and the window came out and hit someone your liable for it. I work in the trade by the way.
They erased them for me but i have no access to a vag com until Thursday so unsure if they have returned.
Can the engine management light be disabled using a vag com or has the bulb been physically removed?

I went to have my car remapped yesterday but they couldn't do it as I had several fault codes. It's also turns out the previous owner has disabled the engine management light.
The codes are;
16500 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): implausible...
