there is different types and lenghts of wheel bolts even if you swap wheels around on a merc though as I have already done that before, especially needed if the wheels are fakes although with mine i needed longer bolts for geniune wheels all the best Jon

I know mate, problems are 1. Rwd , pants in bad weather and i do huge miles, dont want to get stranded..............................ever 2. rear seats are rubbish for booster seats, the stalks are too close to the outside of the car and sit under the booster seats . 3. it was somebody elses car...

I have just been give a new M sport 3 series diesel to use with the option to keep it from work, really feed up of waiting and might take up the offer, shame its black though :uhm:

I have always taped the rims up with insulation tape mate, keep it nice and tight and put it on somewhere warm, then take it off before he blows the tyre up. but then again I can be a bit OCD too! all ther best jon

thats rough mate do you have a local dent repair guy you can trust, just thinking might be worth seeing how far he can get those quarters out before you decide to change them. the guy i have used locally in the past would get most of that out leaving just a skim of filler needed. all the best mate

hi mate I know its not an audi but....... i had an astra twin top as a temp company car and it had a horrendous wheel bearing noise from the rear, sent it in for warranty and they said it was tyres ( thought , they were talking rubbish, as i have in the past been a mechanic for 15 yrs and never...
