I’ve got one that I’ve had on and off for the last 10 years mines got most extras from full leather to parking aid . There’s not many of them left hence why I’m keeping mine there’s less of them now than the s3’s and they are going up I want one of them aswell now. I’ve never had any problems...
A3 8p one is the same you need to check yours as theres a earlier type and later type depending on year of your car and yours is on cross over. i only say this as plug is different. Mine needs doing to but will do it when i do clutch in couple of weeks
Its common on them bearings in the rack go so you can move arms up and down. Wouldnt be as bad if they sorted the pot holes out wouldnt have these problems
Was just looking at these clutches/flywheel they come up cheaper than the loba/sach kit im about to go stg 2+ with mine but clutch needs doing first as slipping under boost.
so S3ALEX are spec a good all round clutch? As dont really fancy pulling box out again any time soon
From what i remember on mine you have to enable nav in gateway list. You just need vag com it doesnt require software its a pretty straight forward job
S3 on stage 1 good on stage 1, on stage 2+ normally sachs uprated pressure plate and disc with oe dual mass or solid flywheel conversion. Depends what power you are after
Did you get the whole loba kit im still toying with smf or dmf as resale if its noisy can put people off and done a fair few sm conversions on other cars and are noisy but if its as quiet as you say il look into it what kit did you opt for?

why water meth your intake temps shouldnt be that high or you thinking for more power i was going to water meth my a3 8l 1.9 quattro but opted for nos with hybrid turbo as cools intake temps to
Thats the newer cr 3.0tdis not the pre 2008 3.0 found in b7s c6s so on there only 233hp 450nm mapped 275hp 540/550nm
how are you making 720nm on yours what else has been done stg 1 on a b8 in 100nm 60hp
