Cheers for the comments guys The grills are painted in the same colour as the car, i had some paint left over when i dont the front valance so i thought id do the grill trims the same, turned out good. but its straight forward really, done my buddys S3 grill with standard black gloss spray paint.

They do bud.. well they run a throttle body/ EGR all in one.. vacuum controlled, so bypassing the EGR bud probably aint helping.. best thing to do is get in on a vag com or 5051 etc.. found a new one here NEW AUDI/SEAT/VW 1.9 TDI THROTTLE BODY + EGR 1998>2003 | eBay UK

Oil showing in the coolant, also you can check two ways with some equipment.. Pressure check the coolant tank to check if there is a leak.. also get a chemical tester where you suck up some coolant in a large pipet and mix with chemical.. if it stays yellow its fine if it turns green/blue there...

Looks ok mate.. not for me personally but i can see the look you want and i like the style wheel itself.. but not sure on the stretched rubber either.. bit dangerous cornering at high speeds as beads can pop off.
