Still depends on the exact site of oil ingress, could be that the new loom will fix the problem, and I will be installing one myself soon, and compare the old and new plugs, and post everywhere! I'm still guessing like most people, be real helpful for VAG to release some FACTS...
Get onto the page people, even just to "like". We need numbers to shame VAG into doing something.....it currently stands at 13, which would hardly make any brand quake in their boots.

The issue has stopped me upgrading to the Audi 3.0TDI I had my heart set on, as I can't find any ino that their injectors are any different!

If it's a PD mechanical injection, then yes. Engine code BMN is the main one affected. The newer common rails are all fine thus far, but so were the PD injectors for a while.....
