    5 Years not 3 years, sorry bout that. With regards the DSG box- when looking for my car few people said that if you get a shitee one then they get costly to repair. Havnt had DSG or drove one to rate it.

    Be wary of DSG boxes heard some bad things about them but then again you hear bad stories about lots of things. FSH ! check for cambelt and water pump changes every 60k or 3 years. BTW my 170 Quattro is on 170k miles:O (king of the motorway) - look after your car and it will look after you.

    Towing considerations loool 30 mph on A frame not very far (30 miles i think), four wheels on ground (flatbed or road) or youll ruin your centre diff.

    get the tensioner done mate, dont cut any corners when it comes down to this - the last owner of my car done this and im paying for it now. Cambelt has jumped and my engine is now out of timing all valves bent and waiting to discover any further damage :\ , Genuine VAG parts aswell. not a bad...

    Hi, My first post on here been using vwaudi. I have '06 170. Definately get one with FSH and reciepts of work done if possible. Ask seller when belt was changed and if the water pump was done at the same time. Great car when you get one youll be happy. Just be wary of the prices if something...
