Mine did the very same .... You could hear the water sloshing in the boot lid !!
They're were 3 plugs in the edge of the boot lid where it closes onto the seal I popped these out no trouble since
The water now drains out through the bumper
Couldn't see any reason for it sealed center brake...
I thought they maybe handed but they look the same only difference I can see is there seems to be black or dark grey !
Hard to tell from pics on eBay !
I had the same issue on my B6 cleaned the drains which seemed better ...
But the cure seems to be reprofing the roof with water repellant mine beads like a waxed panel now and no drips in car
Hope this helps !
The black edging is bonded to the alloy surround ... Not available on its own
I needed the drivers side 1 for mine Audi wanted £200 plus per section !!
I managed to source 1 from EBay for £30
I've a 1.8t 163 doesn't cut it in the heavier cab .... But remap transforms it and the good lady can regularly get 40+ mpg !
Keep changing the oil & filter .... Heated leather is lovely all year round ... Would only change mine for a later one enjoy !
Remap every time mate .... My cab was 163 from the factory the company said it gives between 35/40 bhp it's made it the car it should have been to start with better mpg as well ! Win Win
Mine kept going off at random ... It's a cab I didn't realise the sensor is in the center console ....
Had a handful of £ coins in the armrest ( car park money ! ) and the sensor was confused took them out all good now !
