Just got the eibach 50/40 springs from Dpm for my s-line it rides perfect and sits well

It was smoke, made you eyes water it was that strong, put a blanking plate on the egr and its been spot on for 4 days now. no lumpy idle and better on fuel. Found the egr to be sticking open very slightly. Getting the car remapped anyway so going to get it mapped out

I've just bought 1 of these and my mate told me to change the little 1 way valve on top of the fuel filter for the exact reasons you are describing, can't see them being that expensive so might be worth a go. He works for a vag specialist

Looking on google there's loads of them do it and no one has got to the bottom of it

Still does it, going to check the injector values tomorrow, I don't think it's dpf regenerating I've never known a car do it on idle or when engine is cold

I'm going to try a injector harness tonight as audi said they are common I will let you know if its a success or not

The chrome trims around the windows are all water marked and I've tried all kinds of detailing products etc but had no joy. I've seen a few cars with black ones are the a genuine part for a rs4 or something, has anyone tried vinyl wrapping or painting them?

That's great the car had a iPod kit in the glovebox which I will be removing to fit the changer, so I need to get the changer coded to my radio? Cheers
