Thats why you take it out say 50 to 100 quid for a cab ride or even better call a mate for a lift. I'm gonna do that instead of losing out on a ncb and car worth anywhere from 20k upwards !

Good point, but on the flip side why run a turbo'd car when you can get the dreaded 'sludge' which short journeys also contribute to IIRC ? but at the end of the day I run a derv as yes it is my choice and due to the mixed driving I do short and long journeys it makes sense for me to run a derv

If it needs it done it needs it done that's no big deal. Both dealers seem to agree it was a bit strange and too early and it may be a programming issue.

so my 2013 black edition 2.0 tdi 143 Is due its 1st oil change @ 5.1k miles. Bought in july 2013 - 2 dealers have said it shouldn't be necessary but one has said they will have to do it to so they can reset the computer etc and car when new calculates when 1st oil change due with mileage/use etc...

discovered the lack of dipstick the other when my uncle was admiring my new black edition... we were doing the manly lets look at the engine and look like we know what we're looking at !!! The battery location/size also threw us a little bit too !

thanks man b6 to b8 is a nice upgrade.....some good deals on the black edition at the moment got mine from stirling audi... couldn't fault them.

I bought an A4 black edition tdi 143 couple of weeks ago. I'd highly recommend one. Good styling, nice interior, good standard spec list, decent engine.

Got a new A4 black edition with b&o etc... am i limited to what i size of SD card I can use for mp3 files? or as long as its a class 4 am i ok ?

well i'm pretty much a rinse, shampoo and rinse again type of guy... now i have the new motor sealing might be an option... so shampoo and a sealer?

whats the best 'all round'' product for me to use? I want to keep my car looking good and not have to use too many different products just a one shot deal would be perfect for me. Any recommendations?
