    aftermarket sub wiring help

    just installed a new sub/amp into my 8l A3, the wiring diagram shows that it should connect to the battery, which is a constant live and will drain the battery where is the best place to wire the main power to, which is a switched live? hope ive made sense, any help appreciated :thumbsup:
