Hi again everyone, Had a bit of a mess with the car when iv had the time, (not had much due to Stock take at work, moving factoys etc havnt had a weekend loL), however i have replaced the Vac pipe from the N75 to the Turbo Actuator, seemed abit better until warm then i guess the pipe goes soft...

I Have got some Pipe to replace the Vac lines, just need to know how to remove the N75 so i can do it properley, It doesnt seem to bad today, Still More laggy than usual, I think i may give it a Oil and filter change, Air filter Change and Fuel Filter cahnge, to see if that help it along...

Hmmm, This is getting confusing lol, Can i still adjust the N75 or test it any other way?

Well i tried driving the car (Just across a car park) without pipe off the top of the Actuator (before i saw the post about not to lol) but there was No boost What so ever? so does that mean i can Rule out the N75? At this moment in time i guess i will Double and Triple Check for boost leaks...

Hi there, yeah I think I will look for leaks first, seems to be the easiest and cheapest point to start, i know it's easy to look over the pipes but is there any sure fire way of finding them I.e spraying fine mist of water over the pipes? I will have a look at taking the inlet manifold off...

Thanks for the Advice, What do you mean by you capped your N75?, i did try taking the hose off my actuator earlier, i just tapped the accelerator at a stand still and boost gauge didnt move? so i dont no if you actually have to drive it? So if i get full boost with this pipe off the actuator...

How do you remove the N75 valve? as i belive im having issues with mine (110 TDi AFN), with Boost trailing off at 2K etc

Could this be the n75 playing up? Or turbo nearin the end of ts life? I plan on cleaning the n75 tommorrow, what can I clean it with and how should I? I'll also replace the vacumm lines

Ah lol there you go then, one less job haha :) I always thought it was meant to be there to help Recycle gases to be more economical, but iv heard it also causes multiple problems, by removing it you remove the problems (Flat spots)

Lol I did put it on but I was blowing as I couldn't righted the nut down to much due t the snapped stud and blew the gasket in half lol so I took it off, I still don't know where the other half went lol

Tbf, my turbo proly whistles louder now than before, I guess due to it spinning freer and soiling better, I woul give it ago anyway for what it costs and how easy it is, I'm a it techy and managed it lol I'm really no good with cars lol it would b worth blankinh the Egr aswell for good measure :)

Yeah i fitted a blanking plate to the Exhaust Manifold (Bottom if EGR Pipe) and to the Intake Pipe (Where the Top of the EGR Pipe Connects), and the pipe that leads to the EGR Valve i Blocked off with a Bolt and a Jubilee clip to hold it in incase, i will get a pic for you after or tommoz :)...
