I had this on my 61plate Black edition, it worked fine until I played with the stereo settings, treble, base etc. It now doesn't lower the stereo volume and I cant figure out how to put it back.

I'll be getting mine tomorrow and was going to just hard-wire it using a scotch lock, essentially hijacking the 12 volt feed to the auto dimming mirror.

Just curious as to why more people haven't hard wired them to the auto dimming mirrors, all the cable would be hidden away nicely this way?

No, the small o-ring is on the actual plug itself.so will be very hard to replace it without over stretching a new o-ring over the top of the switch. It may be the actual tubing that's leaking. I cant seem to find the part numbers for anything attached to the expansion tank.

I've tried that, unclipped it and swung the small o-ring around then re-seated it. Still a leak present.
