suspension. At the same time I will replace the ARB bushes and wishbone bushes to poly items and fit adjustable rear tie arms.

The car will not run with this ecu as the keys wont match immo data in the serial eeprom. You need to swap the serial eeproms over or make the ecu run immo free by changing the immo data in the serial eeprom and dont attempt it yourself with a normal soldering iron!

Before starting to disconnect modules I would firstly check the fuse to the 16pin obd connector. It should have a designated fuse for this - Probably not the cause but rule this out first. Check all others at the same time for good measure then move on. Next I would check obvious connectors...
Take airbox,tip ,dv and boost pipes off with brackets etc. Next is the downpipe, stubby spanner for the three bolts all from the top(the bottom one is a scrat) then take the oil return pipe bolts off(two allen key bolts) and which ever coolant and oil pipes you can. Then remove the three top...

New discs time and if your going to fit new discs its advisable to fit new pads as well.
Is it the source of the judder definately from the front discs? Try applying the handbrake slightly when driving to see if it is possibly coming from the rear
