    Thanks for the replies so far, really keen to see a photo of the same setup... on another car. H&R's were Part Number 29261 they are supposed to lower by approx 35mm (1.5") I like coilovers but was really limited with budget.

    Hello from Brisbane in Australia. I recently bought an 2007 1.8t and am really enjoying it. I have just completed my first 2 mods. Wheels and lowered springs. I am really happy with the wheels ( Enkei SC25 ), they are 19's. The problem I am having is that I also fitted some H&R springs...
