I did it couple of days ago, its a great mod! Didnt have problems opening them, mine are Hella. I painted all the chrome parts in matt black and the silver ones in piano black... here are the pics ;)

Thanks! Yes i did, actually it was very simple. I used connector from my old steering wheel and put it on the new one and the airbag works, no errors. The horn is also working but the steering controls doesnt. I didnt have time for that, but i'll make them work somehow ;). I bought foglights...

Hello, I have an Audi A3 2001, and my pump is dead. I have 8D0 862 257 "B" and i can't find it anywhere. I want to know what other part numbers are compatible with mine. What about 8L0 862 257 or 8D0 862 257 with other letters on the back? Thanks :)
