I've had my A6 2.0 TDI 177 Multitronic Black Edition for a month now and only managed 36mpg over the last full tank. Having said that, I've been in and out of Edinburgh umpteen times, and my wife uses it to ferry kids to and from school/ nursery/ ballet etc etc, and she works less than 2 miles...

Hi all, I posted this in the A6 C7 forum, but I don't think it gets much traffic. I inserted a DVD into the CD drive (on hindsight probably not the best idea...) and now it won't eject. Nothing happening at all, just a "disc unreadable" message on the MMI screen (or something like that)...

Hi all, Turns out the new disc is rubbing against the metal guard plate. Not sure why - could be that the discs fitted were too thick. Either way, nothing too serious. Garage has pledged to get it sorted for me either way. Cheers! A.

Hi all, I never got round to fixing my mirror, and with the recent cold snap, the mirror has now cracked. There is also a small burn mark on the mirror housing, just next to the start of the crack. So would I be right in saying that the wires have now properly burnt out? Incidentally, one half...
