check the Gearbox oil level. False neutrals are often a symptom of low oil level.

as above, you will need to add the loom, light units (2 per door - 1 x white and 1 x red), and key into the correct pin at the door module 32 pin plug (Pin 18 IIRC Live and 19 is earth).

I have a Cruise kit (both the stalk and lower cowling) for a 2011 Model year A3. I fitted it and subsequently removed it from my A3 BE when I sold it on. i live near Yeovil, but don't get home that often now, or i would assist. pm if interested in the kit?

Tip Top! Don't need to remove glove box or RNS, I used a coat hanger, and pulled the sound-proofing down slightly to run the wire through and fit the light. So much better than std lights, and still OEM. Great! I have the TTRS Led lights fitted in All FW's, and as Door Puddle lights. Also...
