I had this problem for a while. The turbo hanger bolt had come out which was loosing the turbo manifold bolts.
New turbo hanger bolt and all good never happened again.

Driving down the duel carrageway and BOOM grey smoke is pouring out my exhaust.
I had just got my car back from the garage btw.
Looking under the bonnet and i can see that the top dv to inlet pipe wasnt connect inlet end, also the N75 boost valve wasnt connected to the actuator.

Keep your eye out on ebay i got Leon Cupra R 4 pot calipers just painted, 323mm discs, 2 sets of pads, Braided hoses and adaptors all brand new for £470.:yes:
I got a C&G competition clutch for my S3 with TTV SMF. The clutch is good for 370ft lb so they say. Clutch is nice a lite but get gearbox chatter from the flywheel which is very annoying.
I change my turbo and downpipe with out having to drop the sub frame or take head off. Aint that bad off a job if you know where all the bolts are IMO. Yes it is alot easier with head off but cheaper not to.
The only problem i had with mine was the oil line on bottom of turbo youve got no...
While the block is out my car i thought i might aswell change clutch and fly wheel for piece of mind. I am running hybrid turbo so looking to see round the 320bhp mark`...........
I have contacted TTV about a SM flywheel and they have quoted me around £250 for it or i have seem DM flywheel...
