Hi folks just to say my B5 cabriolet 3.0l sport was stolen from house (got keys) so beware of anyone selling a cheap silver /black roof or spare parts!
Regi was SP52OKC . (Stock picture)
Managed to pull backing carpet back to look , no obvious broken wires BUT looks like corrosion in wires (green)
Does anyone know how far back the loom goes from boot?
Am I talking full loom to head unit or hopefully only from boot lid to 3/4 panel??
Also are the amp in boot a possible failure?
All of a sudden my reception on my radio (non digital) head unit is crap!
Cd plays fine so I know it's the Ariel , am I right in assuming it's in the rear window?
And if so where does wires come from ?
A4 Cab
52 plate B6
Many thanks in advance
Was told to "skim" the fly wheel when I had this problem, wait till engine warm Track control off , high revs ride clutch and let it pull away !
Worked on mine but that's not say it will work on yours !
Has any one had the hard section of the roof that clips in to the front screen of?
I have what sounds like a nut/bolt come loose and is annoying me at every bend.
Everything still works just annoying , cant see a obvious way in, cheers mick
My O/S (driver side regulator broke on my cab ,
I got i fixed from local audi specialist cost £235 (genuine audi part)
Am currious how easy it would have been to do myself?
Any one done it??
My cab roof has suddenly developed a nasty rattle from the. " hard" plastic section of the folding roof. (Front Near side ) now am hoping it's just something worked loose but need to take it off to check.
Anyone done this. ?
Also a bit paranoid of stopping roof half way up/down as have heard...
