    Thanks lads. The new tensioned is fitted, the old guides were heavily grooved but not broken and the gauze was not blocked. After fitting ran it for all of 5 seconds and still low oil pressure, the sump will be coming off this weekend and new oil pump going in and strainer cleaned fingers...

    1.8T chipped. Under wot it is stuttering badly, boost gauge is bouncing up and down violently- I have swapped over coilpacks for known good ones, swapped ignition amp for good one, all boost pipes are good. I recently swapped out my n75 j back to standard n75 c, but it was fines for 4days...

    Hose that goes from DV down to the big pipe which come from the inter-cooler side- yeah I'm a chef so tech descriptions may not be strictly accurate..... :motz:
