Craig's your man for all things Audi SatNav - he's a regular here on the forum and has helped me out with 3 Audi retrofits over the years. He's got a website http://www.tclsatnav.com/
Rear LED Lights are available from dealers and are a straight swap. Stafford Audi are selling some at the moment on their Ebay shop:

If anybody where interested I have a set of the Valeo (OEM) Ballasts which I bought from the chap in the US mentioned by andyccr, complete with the H7 bulb adaptors - suitable for the B6 model only saloon or avant. I tested them but never fitted and since going back to the Allroad they are...
Recon they would fit in the Oettinger 18" as I've got fitted to my allroad:

Let me know if you need some measurements taken
I have a copy of both the 2001 & 2004 A6 Brochures, in English, which both cover the A6 & S6 both salon and Avant models.
Let me have you Email address and I'll send you a copy.
Cheers

You can buy these Genuine Audi Accessory Rear Window Blinds, 4B9064362, but unlike the factory fit models these sit on the top of the door trim. These co-incidently cost £75 so I think these are what you where quoted.
It's not difficult, the only thing you have to do is remove the air intake plastic ducting that goes to the airfilter - 2x Screws just to the left of the bonnet catch - where the scoop is.
You then have 2x spring clips to remove and the back of the headlamp cover comes off. The blubs are...

http://www.oettinger.de/inc/showbild.php?bild_id=3567 for all their conversions. Being TuV certified they've got to produce these and be able to repeat the results - so they tend to be...
Mike,
MTM do a lowering kit for the Allroad - although I'm not sure how it effects the stiffness of the suspension.
I changed my wheels to 18" and together with the wider track required to accommodate the wheels ET35 offset I've found the handling has been improved significantly.
If you look...
Just got round to getting some good photo's of my new Oettinger Anthracite RE Alloys on my Allroad.
For some reason I can't seem to post pictures within posts so I've uploaded them on the gallery

The RS6 engine won't fit - the V8 in the S4 is the shorter rear mounted chain driven cam engine rather than the front mounted cambelt type of the RS6.
I'm not sure you've got room to fit anything else in that bay, let alone a couple of turbo chargers
Just updated my Firmware on the E61 and downloaded the Contact Download Application - all seems to have loaded OK and the phone is still working as normal.
I'll wait until I've had a chance to try it with Craig on Friday and lets see if this then lets Nokia's latest work on Audi SatNav units
I've just fitted an HID4U H1 kit into my 2002 Allroad.
The kit and instructions where brilliant, the Allroad - like the A6 gives you very little room to work with the lights in place. Finding room for the ballasts was a little tricky - ideal location would be under the headlight (as per factory...
