Cheers Bez, was a snapped wire in the hinge of the loom.

I have a B7 Saloon which has 2 rear fog lights, which also act as side lights. Everytime the boot is opened the light seems to turn off, so im thinking it is a loose connection. i checked the bulb, the bulb seems to be fine. Has anybody got access to a left rear fog light wiring loom diagram? cheers

for the heated seats, you should have a green plug coming out of the seat

Got some GoodYear Eagle F1's and theyve worn pretty quick over a 3 month period, causing juddering at full lock. On the otherhand, i do serious speeds around corners with full confidence in grip!

Hi, i think you should check the compatibility of a saloon bumper onto the cabriolet. Im pretty sure they are not a direct swap

Go with the eibachs mate, but it will feel rougher than the SE ride due to the springs and the bigger alloys having thinner tyres, but ive never had problems with rubbing

You could give it a try, but thats pretty low mileage. But if uve been using crap supermarket fuel. It could be clogged up!

How many miles are you at, its not a long job, have a look at the guide, all together will cost £13 in parts ( gaskets and carb cleaner).

The difference its made is amazing, no lumpy idle at traffic lights, plus it feels as if the turbo is spooling earlier, alot more urgency to the engine. Going to be sleeping with semi carbon black hands tonight, but trust me, it was worth it!

I doubt the turbo has gone, its just a coy so you spend atleast a grand buying and fitting another one. Most likely case is that the vnt actuator has become sticky, hence the turbo vanes wont move so freely at boost pressures. The trick that fixed mine, was chemical clean on the turbo, not a...

I tried looking on the fuse box cover in the driver foot wheel, and there was no indication for lumbar support, but there was a slot for heated seats, but obviously without the connectors fitted inside it. So slightly confused where the fuse should go..:(
